Job summary

Manhattanville University in Purchase, NY seeks a Head Coach for Men’s Lacrosse to lead the program, coach, recruit, plan practices, schedule games, fundraise, manage the budget, and monitor academic progress of student-athletes. Reports to the Associate Vice President for Athletics & Recreation.

This full-time position requires NCAA Division III knowledge, compliance familiarity, and strong leadership. Bachelor’s degree, coaching/playing experience, CPR/AED, and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• NCAA Division III rules knowledge.
• Intercollegiate coaching and playing experience.
• CPR/AED Certification.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement all aspects of recruiting.
• Coordinate coaching during practice and games.
• Develop student-athletes lacrosse skills through practice and instruction.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate fundraising and budget management.
