FloSports is seeking a Content Manager for FloLacrosse to lead day-to-day content strategy and live coverage. You will turn live games into clips, highlights, and athlete features, while driving engagement and subscriptions.

You’ll own social content across platforms, identify key narratives, and maximize value from live events. This role requires lacrosse expertise and a knack for storytelling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of lacrosse teams, players and storylines across the sport.
• Strong track record of social-first sports content and real-time coverage.
• Ability to identify moments in live games and turn them into engaging clips.
• Understanding of how narratives drive audience and subscription growth.
• Experience using analytics to inform content decisions and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own FloLacrosse daily social content strategy and execution.
• Build content plans around live programming to drive viewership and signups.
• Identify rivalries, players and stakes to make events must-watch.
• Clip live moments and publish content across social platforms in real time.
• Repurpose full-game replays into highlights and athlete features.
• Coordinate with freelancers and external contributors as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, production and sales teams on major events.
• Travel to lacrosse events to create on-site content and storytelling.
