Job summary

Simplex Construction Management, Inc. seeks a senior Scheduler to support large construction programs in Southern California. This direct hire, full-time, in-person role is based at multiple Los Angeles sites, with no relocation funds or per diem offered.

The role requires 10+ years of scheduling experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Primavera, MS Project, and MS Office. You will develop schedules, analyze time impacts, and support claims and change orders.

All contract professional positions are full time, in person positions.

You must be located in Southern California. No relocation funds and no per diem will be offered.

Salary Range: $170K - $190K

Minimum Requirements

• 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or other related field. Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education.
• Advanced proficiency in specified software including, but not limited to, Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of theories, principles and practices of cost engineering and scheduling.
• Experience with time impact analysis.
• Experience with construction claims and change orders.
• Flexibility in schedule and transportation to work at multiple sites based on assigned schedule and duties.

Compensation

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
