Job summary

Simplex Construction Management, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to join the team in Los Angeles, CA. This is an on-site, full-time role with a direct hire path and no relocation funds.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of scheduling experience for an Owner or General Contractor and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management. Proficiency in Primavera P6 (latest version) and MS Office is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Job description

We are accepting applications for this position on a continuous basis (no deadline - but the sooner the better).

This is an onsite-full time position.

Anyone previously submitted in 2025 for Junior Scheduler CANNOT be resubmitted for this.

Authorization to work lawfully in the United States without sponsorship from Simplex is required.

This is an on‑site, long term job. You must be located in Southern California. NO relocation funds, and NO per diem.

Salary Range: $131K - $147K

Required Experience:

• One (1) year full-time paid professional experience responsible in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably on multiple educational facilities or public works projects.

Required Education:

• Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, engineering, or construction management

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version (P6 v19) and MS Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
• Superior organizational and planning skills

Compensation:

The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
