This hybrid role focuses on configuring, integrating, and validating LabWare 8 LIMS to meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in pharmaceutical GMP settings, hands-on LabWare 8 experience, and strong collaboration skills to work with QA, QC, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical GMP environments.
• Hands-on experience configuring LabWare 8 LIMS.
• Proven experience implementing LIMS solutions for raw materials and commercial products.
• Strong GMP regulatory knowledge and validation support.
• Experience integrating LabWare with Empower and LabX.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize LabWare 8 LIMS to support GMP laboratory operations.
• Implement LIMS workflows for raw material testing, commercial product testing, and laboratory equipment integration.
• Translate regulatory and quality requirements into compliant LabWare configurations.
• Support LIMS validation activities with traceability from requirements through configuration and validation.
• Integrate LabWare with instrument systems such as Empower and LabX.
• Troubleshoot and optimize configured workflows for stable, compliant operations.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, Validation, IT, and laboratory teams to support implementation and enhancements.
• Assist with inspection readiness and GMP regulatory compliance.
