Job summary

Veriipro is seeking an experienced LabWare LIMS Configuration & Integration Specialist to configure, implement, and support LabWare LIMS 8 in a GMP laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LabWare configuration, laboratory workflows, system integrations, and validation within regulated pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.

The role involves configuring LIMS for raw materials and products, integrating with Empower and LabX, and supporting validation activities

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with LabWare LIMS, preferably LabWare 8.
Experience configuring LIMS in a GMP laboratory environment.
Experience integrating LabWare with laboratory instruments and enterprise systems.
Knowledge of LIMS validation, regulatory compliance, and traceability.

Responsibilities

Configure LabWare LIMS 8 for raw materials, commercial products, stability testing, and laboratory workflows.
Configure master data, product specifications, sampling plans, and laboratory equipment.
Support integrations with laboratory instruments and systems such as Empower, LabX, and other GMP applications.
Translate business and regulatory requirements into compliant LIMS configurations.
Support validation activities, documentation, and requirements traceability.
Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues and support production operations.
Collaborate with laboratory, quality, validation, and IT teams on system enhancements and deployments.
