As a Laborer on our Telecom Underground team, you'll participate in all phases of underground construction, including loading, delivery, digging, and equipment operation. Passing over 265,000 homes per year, we manage the entire infrastructure lifecycle, from site preparation and buildout to ongoing maintenance. Responsibilities

1. Perform construction tasks including loading, delivery, digging, and operating equipment
2. Install underground telecommunications cabling
3. Operate construction equipment and maintain work areas
4. Clearly communicate with team members
5. Complete daily production reports
6. Assist with site restoration efforts
7. Perform work in all weather conditions
8. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
• Experience with hand tools and utility trucks preferred
• Physical ability to work in remote locations, operate machinery, lift over 55 pounds, etc.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $16.00 to $20.00/hr based on experience.
