Overview: Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? We're seeking a Laborer to join our team and help connect America. The Laborer will perform general labor duties related to telecommunications construction under the supervision of the Foreman/Supervisor. Responsibilities include all phases of underground construction such as loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal, and placement of various construction materials and equipment.

Responsibilities include:

1. Digging using hand shovels and mechanical tools
2. Installation and maintenance of underground telecommunications cabling
3. Climbing in and out of equipment (trucks, backhoes, trenchers, etc.)
4. Operating or working around heavy machinery
5. Working in congested or remote areas
6. Maintaining visual and audible contact for safety coordination
7. Performing general construction work as directed
8. Maintaining safe working conditions according to regulations and policies

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License or Class A CDL
• Basic knowledge of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools
• Experience in utility construction is preferred
• Ability to read utility maps and interpret prints
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
• Availability for overtime, after-hours, weekends, and emergencies
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
