Responsibilities:

• Provide tools, parts, and materials to crew members as needed
• Reposition or move bucket trucks, trailers, or equipment as directed
• Ensure door-tagging and resident notifications are completed before work begins
• Stock, clean, and maintain all company vehicles and equipment
• Perform hand digging using shovels and mechanical tools
• Direct/flag traffic flow in accordance with DOT guidelines
• Work overtime, travel, and be on-call as required
• Perform in all weather conditions and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Certified pole climber or willingness to become certified
• Previous telecommunications labor experience is a plus
• Physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and lift up to 55 pounds
