Role Description

This is a on-site role for a Laborer/Operator based in Loveland, CO. The responsibilities include performing manual labor tasks such as shoveling when needed, cleaning up at the end of the day, operating equipment and reading grade stakes. Additional tasks involve following safety protocols, digging in a safe manor and maintaining tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience with manual labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials and cleaning sites
• Proficiency in operating construction equipment.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to following them
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous experience in construction is a plus
• Moose and Bear Excavation is looking for a hard working individual. We are a smaller company that is still working to get established and work is sporadic as of now. We are looking for someone that has the following:
• Good work ethic with a flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation to get to job sites
• Knows how to read grade
• Can safely and efficiency operate heavy equipment
• Good communicator
• We are willing to work with you but as previously stated work is sporadic at this time as we are still working to get established.
