Responsibilities

GLOTECH, Inc. is seeking multiple Laborer positions in Chesapeake, VA. The Laborer will perform various manual tasks onboard U.S. Navy ships, including but not limited to:

• Lifting and moving materials, loading, unloading, painting, grinding, and assisting in other activities.
• Transporting materials, tools, and equipment to and within work sites.
• Participating in special projects as required.
• Following instructions and pre-established guidelines.
• Working under immediate supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with at least one year of related experience.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level U.S. Government Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fire watch duties.
• Experience with ripping out and installing cabling and cableway banding.
