Job summary

Great Basin Industrial is seeking a dependable Laborer / Machine Operator to join our Plymouth, Utah facility. You will operate and maintain industrial machinery and perform general labor duties to support manufacturing and production processes.

Core responsibilities include setting up machines, monitoring production runs, handling materials, performing routine inspections, and following safety procedures. Prior experience with machinery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Comfort with physically demanding tasks and long shifts.

Employment Type: Full-time, hourly

Compensation: $18 - $28 per hour, depending on experience

Location: Plymouth, UT

Great Basin Industrial is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer / Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves operating various machinery and performing general labor duties to support manufacturing and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assist in setup, operation, and monitoring of machines during production runs.
• Perform general labor tasks including loading/unloading materials, cleaning, and organizing the work area.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods (8–12+ hour shifts)
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl for prolonged periods
• Reach overhead and work with arms extended
• Climb ladders, work in manlifts up to 25 feet above ground
• Work in confined spaces and at elevated heights when required

Work Environment

• Exposure to dust, noise, and industrial hazards
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required at all times

Schedule Requirements

• Ability to work extended hours, including overtime, weekends, or swing shifts as needed to meet project deadlines
