Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Laborer to join our Operations team on a Wichita Falls, TX project. This full-time role supports site readiness and daily craftsmanship on the jobsite.

Key duties include cleaning and preparing the worksite, assisting safety and carpentry teams, moving materials, and loading or unloading deliveries.

Qualifications: 1 year of construction experience, safety awareness, ability to lift 50–100 lbs., and the stamina to stand or walk for extended periods.

About The Role

We are looking for a Laborer to join our Operations team on our project in Wichita Falls, TX. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and preparing the worksite.
• Assisting safety team.
• Handling and moving jobsite materials.
• Assisting carpenters with any projects.
• Help with loading and unloading of deliveries.

Qualifications

• Possess 1-year of construction experience.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Provide primary support to our field supervision.
• Be able to use critical thinking to solve issues on the worksite.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.

Preferred

• Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment.
• Must be able to work outside.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekend hours.
• Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
