Holder Construction Group is seeking a Laborer for our Columbus, OH project. This full-time role supports the Operations team with site prep, material handling, and collaboration with carpenters and safety staff.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of construction experience, strong safety awareness, and the physical ability to lift heavy items and work outdoors. Overtime and weekend hours may be required in an OSHA-compliant environment.

Qualificações

• 1 year of construction experience.
• Understanding of safety and general construction knowledge.
• Provide primary support to our field supervision.
• Be able to use critical thinking to solve issues on the worksite.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects.
• Work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, and can see & hear well either naturally or with correction.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs., 75% of the time.
