Base pay range
$17.00/yr - $17.85/yr
Duties
- Performs simple golf cart maintenance, such as replenishing fuel/charge levels, washing, and preparing carts for customer use.
- Marks the course for cart control, moves control barriers, and replaces worn or lost ropes and signs, including hazard and drop areas.
- Maintains ball washers, replaces tee towels and flags when needed, removes debris, empties garbage containers, and cleans flowerbeds.
- Assists in maintaining course grounds and facilities using simple powered equipment like clippers, weed trimmers, low-pressure sprayers, powered vacuums, and steam cleaners.
- Digs ditches and holes for grading, sloping, planting, and irrigation, using shovels, hand tampers, and rakes.
- Performs other related work as assigned.
Requirements
- Must have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start date.
- Must complete a background investigation with favorable results.
- Must pass a physical fitness test, including lifting requirements up to 50 pounds and working in various physical positions.
Qualifications
Open to everyone. Experience is not required; ability to use common hand tools and simple power equipment is necessary. Must follow instructions and pass a pre-employment physical and background check.
