MARTIN MARIETTA MAGNESIA SPECIALTIES, LLC, Manistee Plant, is seeking candidates for Laborer/Entry Level Operator positions. This job combines manual work, equipment operation, computer data entry, and general plant labor. Responsibilities include packaging, palletizing, wrapping, marking, and loading products into railcars and trucks; operating forklifts to move packaged product, load and unload trucks, railcars, and overseas containers; assisting Control Room Operators with operation, monitoring, and maintenance of process equipment; performing routine equipment, process, and sample checks; and observing all safety rules and maintaining good housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age, high school graduate
• Capable of lifting 55 lbs.
