Our team delivers quality workmanship and outstanding service to clients including public utilities, government agencies, general contractors, and businesses.

We are seeking a hardworking, experienced raker and laborer who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in completing jobs safely and efficiently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload construction supplies manually or with equipment.
• Prepare the construction site, including setting up signs, cones, and materials; and break down the site after completion.
• Prepare patches to required depth, hand dig for locates, and operate jackhammers when needed.
• Operate various equipment such as hand and power tools, rollers, backhoes, etc.
• Perform flagging duties as required.
• Follow all safety rules, regulations, and wear PPE.

Specific Duties for Asphalt

• Measure and mark areas for paving.
• Use rakes, lutes, and shovels to dump, shovel, and level asphalt.
• Rake, sweep, roll, inspect, and maintain asphalt quality.
• Assist the paver's screed operator as needed.
• Seal patches as necessary.
