At Guy F. Atkinson Construction (Atkinson Construction), many of our valued employees work in the field and are members of various labor unions. As a union contractor, we work through a referral process from local union halls for hiring all craft workers.

General Laborer roles include: cleaning and preparing construction sites, removing debris and hazards, loading/unloading materials, and building or dismantling bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.

Traffic Control Laborer roles include: placing signage and barriers for lane restrictions and closures.
