Job description

KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

1. Load and unload equipment.
2. Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5x7x16) and staging.
3. Level ground for scaffolding.
4. Tend motor and grout.
5. Lift, unload, move, set, and shovel mortar and grout between wheelbarrows and buckets.
6. Perform general cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and loading or burning debris.
7. Place, push, pull, and shovel concrete.
8. Vibrate concrete.
9. Work effectively and build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels.
10. Perform all other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

1. Ability to work with tools and equipment, such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies.
