Responsibilities

1. Load and unload equipment
2. Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5X7X16) and staging
3. Level ground for scaffolding
4. Tend motor and grout
5. Lift, unload, move, set and shovel mortar and grout between wheel barrows and buckets
6. General cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing and loading or burning of debris
7. Place, push, pull and shovel concrete
8. Vibrate concrete
9. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
10. All other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Ability to work with tools and equipment, such as power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills and jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders and power buggies
