Looking for an opportunity to make a difference? We're seeking a Laborer to join our Aerial Crew team and help connect America. As a Laborer, Aerial Crew, you will perform duties related to installing and repairing aerial telecommunications cable, ensuring work is completed within customer standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians as the ground hand, provide parts, and move bucket trucks as directed.
• Complete door-tagging and notify residents of construction activities before starting work each day.
• Perform daily inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment; drive company vehicles to jobsites if licensed.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience or Class A CDL
• 0-1+ years of unskilled labor experience; telecommunications experience is a plus
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
• Capable of pole climbing or certified pole climber
• Knowledge of aerial and underground cable installation in accordance with applicable codes and standards
