As a Laborer, Aerial Crew member, you will perform duties related to installing and repairing aerial telecommunications cables, ensuring that the scope of work meets customer standards.

What you'll do...

• Assist technicians as the ground hand, providing parts and moving the bucket truck as directed.
• Complete door-tagging and resident notifications before starting work each day.
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment; drive company vehicles as licensed and needed.

Who we are looking for...

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are authorized to work in the United States.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You possess a valid Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience or a Class A CDL.
• You have 0-1+ years of unskilled labor experience; telecommunications experience is a plus.
• You can lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs with assistance.
• You may be a certified pole climber or capable of demonstrating proficiency.
• You have knowledge of aerial and underground cable installation, complying with all relevant codes and standards.
