As a Laborer, Aerial Crew member, you will perform duties related to installing and repairing aerial telecommunications cables, ensuring that the scope of work performed meets customer standards.

What you'll do...
  • Assist technicians as the ground hand, providing parts, and moving the bucket truck as directed.
  • Complete door-tagging and resident notification of construction activities before starting work each day.
  • Perform daily inspection and maintenance of fleet vehicles and equipment, documenting the activities. Drive company vehicles to the job site if licensed.
  • Gain experience in aerial work.
Who we are looking for...
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are authorized to work in the United States.
  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You possess a valid standard Driver's License with at least 2 years of driving experience or a Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • You have 0-1+ years of unskilled labor experience; experience in telecommunications is a plus.
  • You can lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed, with or without assistance.
  • You may be a certified pole climber or capable of demonstrating proficiency.
  • You have knowledge of installing aerial and underground cables in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
