- Perform setup and cleanup tasks at job site, including debris removal.
- Assist with basic deliveries and material storage as needed.
- Report all safety incidents and injuries to Foreperson.
Skills

Overview
The Laborer performs basic housekeeping on construction site.
Responsibilities
Laborer typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Perform setup and clean up tasks at job site, including removal of construction debris
- Navigate construction job site terrain
- Clean & sanitize jobsite trailers
- Assist with basic deliveries & material storage
- Housekeeping interior and exterior project site
- Provide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed & planned by Foreperson
- Reporting all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader
- Any scope of work outside of they above listed, shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- High school diploma or GED
- Construction experience preferred
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- OSHA 10 hour certified recommended, (Next 150 Construction will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary)
- Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
- Willingness to work in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
- Ability to work in a team environment
