Your Main Focus:

How Will You Contribute?

• Ensure a safe, clean working environment for all employees.
• Clean building floors and walls by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming as needed.
• Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Perform general custodial and cleaning duties, including common areas and equipment maintenance.
• Report any maintenance concerns for repairs to the Facility Manager.
• Report and immediately address all unsafe conditions.

Position Requirements:

• Available to work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm.
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Ability to bend and lift weights between 25 and 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies.

Hourly Salary: $16.00-18.00
