Job Requirements

Starting Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 hourly

The Facilities Laborer performs general labor work orders including grounds keeping, general maintenance and snow removal for nation owned properties.

Day Shift Available:

7:00am - 3:00pm

What you will do as a Laborer:

• Performs daily work orders including (but not limited to) grounds keeping, snow removal, light construction, furniture moving and assembly, and general maintenance.
• Safely operates various types of grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal equipment.
• Regularly performs basic vehicle/equipment maintenance and/or cleaning as required.

Work Experience

To be successful as a Laborer, you'll need:

• 1 year of grounds keeping experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience operating lawn mowers and snow removal equipment
• Building Maintenance knowledge is preferred.
• Valid NYS Drivers License
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
