• Possess physical endurance and be in good physical condition with the ability to lift medium weights, operate lifts, use scaffolding, and climb ladders;
• Willingness to perform routine manual work;
• Willingness to work under all weather conditions;
• Willingness to assist maintenance mechanics with larger repair jobs;
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, dependability, and thoroughness; and a demonstrated ability to work well with others;
