Job summary

Isbell Construction LLC, part of the ElectriCom family, seeks a Laborer to support telecommunications and utility construction crews in Florence, TX. You will perform general labor, operate hand and power tools, and assist foremen in outdoor environments.

This role requires travel to job sites, including overnight projects; overtime may be needed. A valid driver's license is required, with CDL highly desired, and a strong commitment to safety and reliability.

We are seeking a Laborer to support telecommunications and utility construction crews. This role performs general labor tasks, operates hand and power tools, prepares work sites, and assists equipment operators and Foremen. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions, and travel to job sites—including overnight out-of-town assignments—is required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and site preparation
• Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, tampers, chainsaws, trenching tools, etc
• Clean and prepare work sites; remove debris; load and unload materials
• Assist equipment operators and Foremen with daily field activities
• Work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions
• Travel to job sites, including overnight out-of-town assignments; overtime may be required
• Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed
