Base pay range

$17.00/yr - $18.00/yr

Quantum Organics is seeking a qualified Warehouse Laborer to join our operations team at our organic waste recycling campus in Southington, CT. We value mechanically-minded individuals eager to learn about renewable energy and organic waste recycling.

Responsibilities

• Full-time position in a warehouse team for material breakdown and sorting.
• Collaborate with team members to meet goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Ensure safety by using PPE and following safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Good communication skills in English.

• Ability to pass pre-employment requirements, including drug tests and I-9 verification.
