ManpowerGroup is assisting a manufacturing client in Somerset, PA to fill a Laborer position in the assembly and production department. You will support paint and CNC operations, hang parts, and help with general manufacturing tasks.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic with training provided; overtime opportunities and on-site parking are available, with a Monday–Saturday shift.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Steel or composite toe boots are required.
• Dress code: jeans/shorts & t-shirt (comfortable, vulgarity-free).
• Ability to work Monday through Saturday, with OT encouraged.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and assembly, is seeking a Laborer to join their team. As a Laborer, you will be part of the assembly and production department supporting the paint and CNC operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Laborer

Location: Somerset, PA

Pay Range: $17+ based on experience

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with Saturday hours as needed
