Cuesta Construction is hiring a Laborer for full-time, on-site work in San Diego, CA (ZIP 92124). You will support site cleanup, materials handling, and basic construction tasks under supervision.

The ideal candidate is 18+, able to lift up to 50 pounds, with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime, USD 22–32 per hour depending on experience.

• Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform site clean-up.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen.

Experience and Qualifications

• Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.
• Be over the age of 18 years of age.
• Workers must be punctual and reliable.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to remote construction sites.
• Be able to commute 20 – 40 miles.
• Must be able to legally work in the United States.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Will be required to stand for long periods of time.

Compensation

$22 - $32/hour, depending on experience.
