Lackawanna Transport's Wetzel County Landfill in New Martinsville, WV is hiring a Laborer to support outdoor and site operations. The role involves light indoor/outdoor maintenance, landscaping tasks, and helping with daily operations under supervision.

Candidates should be comfortable outdoors in all weather, able to work Saturdays alternately, and stay organized while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Comfort with outdoor work in all weather conditions and indoor work as needed.
• Ability to handle weekend work on a rotating schedule.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic and reliability.
• Must stay organized and self-motivated to meet tasks.

Responsibilities

• Light cleaning duties inside office buildings.
• Maintain landscaping onsite including mowing and weed-wacking.
• Assist with onsite operations as needed under supervision.

Our Wetzel County Landfill, located in New Martinsville, WV, is currently searching for a Laborer due to growth!

What You Will Do:

• Light cleaning duties inside office buildings


• Maintain landscaping onsite including, but not limited to, mowing, weed-whacking, mulching


• Assist with onsite operations as needed when instructed by supervisor


• Keep the onsite roads/surrounding area litter free

Qualifications

• A comfort level working in all-weather outdoors and ability to work indoors


• The ability to work every other Saturday ( as required) and overtime


• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


• Must be organized and motivated to succeed with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
