Job summary

Cannon Companies is hiring a Laborer for Asphalt & Concrete Restoration in the United States. No prior experience is required, but a construction background is a plus. The company emphasizes top-tier training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive, safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Construction or labor experience a plus (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Assist with asphalt paving, patching, concrete work, and site restoration.
• Operate small tools and equipment safely while learning from experienced Foreman and Leadman.
• Help maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Follow all safety procedures and directions from Foreman and Leadman.
• Load/unload materials and assist with traffic control as needed, and perform general labor tasks to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures in a drug-free, safety-first environment.
