Job summary

Graff Masonry Inc. is seeking full‑time Laborers to support our field operations. You will perform demanding outdoor tasks, help masonry crews with setup, cleanup, and material handling, and contribute to a safe, productive jobsite environment.

We value dependable individuals who are able to work outdoors in varied weather, keep equipment organized, and grow with our team. No licenses required and compensation includes a yearly bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks for 8+ hours daily.
• Previous construction experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the shop.
• Team player with a safety mindset.
• No licenses or certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor on construction sites, including lifting, carrying, and operating tools and materials.
• Assist masons and other skilled workers with jobsite setup, cleanup, and support tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required protective gear at all times.
• Load and unload equipment and materials.
• Mix and prepare concrete, mortar, and other building materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support various phases of concrete and masonry work and learn through hands‑on experience.
