Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking candidates for a construction laborer position with our client in the building automation and industrial technology sector. You will assist foremen, perform basic site tasks, and help with dirt, sand, and gravel as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, reads and writes English well, basic math, and a valid driver's license. PPE safety training is required. This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive pay package.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and speaks English clearly.
• Basic math skills in US units.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assists foreman, superintendent, skilled craft workers, and field engineers in performing their duties under close supervision.
• Digging, spreading and levelling dirt, sand and gravel using a pick, shovel, or rake.
• Lift, carry and hold construction materials, tools and supplies.
• Operate a vibrator, pressure washer, hose, or Jumping Jack.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental policies on all worksites.
