• Maintain union membership in good standing with a union local within our operational jurisdiction.
• OSHA 10-Hour for Construction certification is required within 60 calendar days from the first day of employment.

Union Wage Rates

• Basic Wage Rate: $19.83; Fringe Benefits Rate: $17.21; Straight Time Hourly Rate: $37.04; Overtime Hourly Rate: $46.96
• General Laborer: Basic $33.05; Fringe $17.21; Straight $50.26; Overtime $66.79
• Skilled Laborer: Basic $34.26; Fringe $17.21; Straight $51.47; Overtime $68.60
• Leadman Laborer: Basic $35.26; Fringe $17.21; Straight $52.47; Overtime $70.10

Overtime Rates

• Any hour after 10 hours in a single workday
• Any hour after 40 hours in a single work week (work weeks Sunday thru Saturday)
