Laborer Position and Requirements

Full Time

• Help where needed on job site, including demo, material/parts running, labor, and general housekeeping/clean‑up.
• Prior construction experience that may include demo, structural and framing, drywall patch/paint, stucco, tile work, concrete (general and foundations), plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Ability to travel short distances with a work truck or, in some cases, your own transportation (you will be compensated for personal vehicle use for mileage) to stores such as Home Depot, Ganahl Lumber, etc., to pick up materials (nails, tools, grout, mortar, etc.) for job‑site needs.
• Ability to drive a truck with a trailer attached which will be used to take trash/large debris to the dump. Previous experience driving a trailer is a plus but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of construction practices, materials, tools, etc., such as which materials and tools will be needed for different construction operations (e.g., framing versus concrete work).
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt well to changing situations that may arise on the job site.
• Proof of US Citizenship or equivalent (SSN or Work Permit).
• Resume and referrals.
• Bilingual is a plus.
