OVERVIEW

Archer Western Self-Perform is currently seeking a Laborer for the DFW Terminal F Project in Dallas, TX.

The Laborer will perform tasks involving physical labor on construction sites, including commercial, industrial, or heavy civil projects. Responsibilities may include operating hand and/or power tools, preparing sites, and assisting with other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform physical tasks as instructed by supervisor
• Work with crew members and operate various hand and power tools, including drills and hammers
• Prepare construction sites, erect scaffolding, dispose of debris, and dig trenches
• Load and unload supplies manually and with equipment

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year of verifiable experience preferred
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on scaffolding/ladders
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in adverse weather conditions
• Comply with safety policies and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good manual dexterity; ability to stand, bend, kneel, or sit for long periods
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
