We are currently hiring laborers for commercial roofing. The ideal candidate should be dependable, have a strong work ethic, and meet the following requirements:

1. Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly, with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling.
2. Knowledge of and ability to properly install EPDM, TPO, PVC single ply membranes, modified bitumen, and other roofing types.
3. Ability to detail, flash, and understand roofing assemblies.
4. Ability to climb a 40' ladder; no fear of heights.
5. Valid driver's license is preferred.
6. Ability to work well in a team environment.
7. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Preferred candidates will have at least three (3) years of commercial roofing experience and familiarity with multiple roofing systems and rooftop equipment.
