Summary:

The Laborer position at Mustang Extreme Environmental Services (MEES) is a physical labor role that supports daily operations across various service lines such as Well-Site and Rental Asset.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Crew Leaders to ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Prepare work sites by clearing obstacles and hazards.
• Load and unload materials.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery (if applicable).
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements, Knowledge, and Core Competencies:

• Proficient with all tools, including air and electrical tools.
• At least 18 years old.
• Capable of performing physical labor and strenuous tasks.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record to qualify as an approved driver for the company.

Working Environment:

This role is primarily outdoors, involving fieldwork. Must be able to perform all essential functions with reasonable accommodations per EEOC ADA guidelines. Physical requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, 75 pounds constantly), and other physical activities. Travel to project sites and offices, both local and out-of-state, is expected, requiring a valid driver’s license.
