Construction Laborers - $18-$23/hr | 1st Shift | Start Next Week!

Pay: $18-$25 per hour depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join a growing construction team! If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of large-scale construction projects, we want to hear from you. Immediate openings available with starts as early as next week!

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and spot trucks to ensure safe and efficient unloading of materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• Assist with forklift operations and material movement.

• Place cones, barriers, and safety equipment throughout the work area.

• Support skilled tradespeople and construction crews with daily tasks.

• Assemble and install lower containment systems, including protective enclosures around server equipment.

• Follow all site safety procedures and project guidelines.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working on large commercial construction sites.

• Experience using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials as needed.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety.

• Construction experience is preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits
