About the Role

The Laborer position involves cleaning and plant maintenance at the Dallas and Roanoke Ready Mix Plants.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing cleaning and housekeeping duties for plant beautification projects.
• Communicating and adhering to safety policies.
• Practicing safety by assessing risks, performing authorized activities, and using PPE.
• Conducting inspections and checklists.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related work experience.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, in warm temperatures, dusty environments, and confined spaces.
• Flexible schedules or rotating shifts.
• Mechanical aptitude, ability to weld, experience in heavy manufacturing.
• General laboring skills, experience with hand tools.
