The ideal candidate for the Laborer position will have:

1. Some experience in construction as a laborer or technician.
2. Comfort operating power tools (e.g., rotary hammers, chipping hammers, circular saws).
3. Familiarity with operating large equipment such as boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and skid steers is advantageous.
4. Ability to speak English.
5. Team-oriented, solution-focused, proactive, professional, and positive attitude.
6. Safety-conscious in all situations.
7. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
8. Willingness to work at heights.
9. Physically fit and healthy for demanding work.
10. Good hand-eye coordination and capability to stand for extended periods.
11. Motivated to work more than 40 hours per week.
12. Familiar with standard PPE use at construction sites.

Compensation is up to $25 per hour, based on experience.
