  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn operation and maintenance of tools and equipment used in drilling.
  • Effective teamwork skills, including clear communication and cooperation with crew members on job sites.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work location; ability to travel to job sites as needed.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, overtime, and occasional weekends based on project needs.
  • Prior experience in construction, drilling, or related field work is beneficial but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.

Role Description
