Job summary

Mantle Industries in Blaine, WA is hiring Laborers/Welder Apprentices eager to learn hands-on welding and manufacturing in a high-quality environment. You will gain welding and fabrication skills while earning and growing within the company.

The role supports welders and fabricators, moves materials with forklifts, learns basic techniques on the job, and performs quality checks while maintaining safe, efficient work areas. A strong work ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug and background screening.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to learn welding/manufacturing fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced welders and fabricators with materials and prep work.
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Learn basic welding and metal fabrication techniques on the job.
• Perform quality checks and operate power/hand tools.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Complete tasks with urgency and professionalism.
