Job summary

Mantle Industries in Blaine, WA is hiring Laborers/Welder Apprentices for hands-on training in a high-quality manufacturing environment.

This full-time role offers on-site work, 10-hour shifts Monday–Thursday, with a wage of $20–$22 per hour, plus health and life insurance, PTO, and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass drug and background screening.
• Must be able to reliably commute to Blaine, WA.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced welders and fabricators with materials and prep work.
• Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Learn basic welding and metal fabrication techniques on the job.
• Perform quality checks and operate power/hand tools.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas.
• Complete tasks with urgency and professionalism.
