Job summary

Stella-Jones is seeking a Laborer for its manufacturing operations in Washington. The role involves assembling hardware onto crossarms using power tools, setting sticks for the sticker stacker, and operating banding equipment.

You will also assist with cleaning, shipping customer kits, and supporting the safety program (LOTO, PPE). This position requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Laborer assists with manufacturing activities by performing the following duties:

• Assemble hardware onto crossarms with power tools.
• Set sticks in hoppers for sticker stacker machine.
• Operate banding equipment.
• Cut dunnage with saw.
• Assist in cleaning work areas, maintaining property, plant and equipment.
• Compiling customer kits for shipping.
• Participates and contributes to company safety program including LOTO, PPE and other related programs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Requires standing for long periods of time and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
