Job summary

Energy Job Shop in Abilene, TX is seeking Construction Laborers to support infrastructure projects. You will perform a variety of manual tasks on site, assist skilled trades, and help maintain safety and quality on every shift.

Ideal candidates are hard-working, physically capable, and able to follow directions. Training is provided. Join a team-focused environment that values safety and reliability on busy construction sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to push/pull, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs).
• Hand/eye coordination and ability to use hand and power tools with training.
• Ability to climb and maintain balance on framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.
• Willingness to work in adverse weather and various site conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management and supervision.
• Physical ability for prolonged bending, twisting, walking, crawling, kneeling, reaching, squatting, pushing/pulling, or standing and lifting.
• May be required to work in confined spaces and wear a respirator.
