Qualifications

• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience in construction or physically demanding environments is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
• Reliable transportation to Abilene, TX job sites.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and debris removal.
• Assist skilled craft workers (e.g., pipe layers, concrete finishers, equipment operators) as needed.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
• Clean and prepare construction sites, including sweeping and removing hazards.
• Operate small hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
