Job summary

Henkel is hiring for an onsite lab technician position in Minnesota. You will assist with technical issue resolution, conduct testing, and prepare customer-ready reports while maintaining calibration and safety standards.

The role requires an associate degree in a scientific field (Bachelor's preferred) and at least one year of lab experience, with strong Excel skills and meticulous documentation. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity in Chanhassen, MN.

What you´ll do
  • Assist with investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, providing support to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Complete customer technical testing requests and prepare accurate, customer-ready reports, maintaining documentation within established tracking systems
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment while supporting the standardization and continuous improvement of test methods and laboratory processes
  • Ensure laboratory and application equipment are properly calibrated, maintained, and compliant with applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements

  • This is a fully onsite position based in Chanhassen, MN. Candidates must be able to work onsite five days per week
