What you´ll do
- Assist with investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues, providing support to customers and internal stakeholders
- Complete customer technical testing requests and prepare accurate, customer-ready reports, maintaining documentation within established tracking systems
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment while supporting the standardization and continuous improvement of test methods and laboratory processes
- Ensure laboratory and application equipment are properly calibrated, maintained, and compliant with applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements
What makes you a good fit
- Associate degree in a scientific field required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum one year of laboratory experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures, work instructions, and testing protocols
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and cross‑functional team members
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to manage, evaluate, and communicate complex data accurately
- Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain detailed documentation, and meet deadlines in a dynamic laboratory setting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, including the ability to organize, analyze, and manage data effectively
- This is a fully onsite position based in Chanhassen, MN. Candidates must be able to work onsite five days per week
